EXHIBIT SPACE RATE
$15.00 per square foot + gst
Standard booth includes:
• Sidewall and backwall drapery
• All materials handling within the exhibit halls (includes two 3000 lb. and two 5000 lb. forklifts)
• Daily cleaning of aisle and general area carpet (booth cleaning is the exhibitor’s responsibility)
• Security services
• Exhibit registration services
• Two move-in days (schedule will be provided), two exhibit days, one (1) move out night

Carpeting is mandatory for all exhibitors at the ISA Edmonton 2012 Exhibit & Conference. The “Official Display Contractor” for this event is Superior Show Service

LEAD RETRIEVAL SERVICES
Event Management provides all visitors with bar-coded badges. These badges can be scanned by you with a special scanner that is available to all exhibitors on a rental basis from CONEXSYS, the Official Event Lead Retrieval contractor. Use of these scanners will significantly speed up the process of lead capture for post-event follow-up.
